Mollie Mendoza
I am passionate about supporting others confidence, emotional wellbeing, presence and balance. I believe that with commitment and an honouring of our unique rhythm we are able to fearlessly empower ourselves beyond limiting beliefs, perspectives and habitual patterns…and instead devote ourselves to inspiration, joy and contentment in all ways of relating.
This may look different moment to moment - it is a mindset, a way of moving through life and a relationship with presence.
‘Trust me, I know what it is like to repeat the same patterns over and over again, to feel stagnant in relationship to myself and others.’ Let’s be real, it is not always easy to show up for ourselves in every moment.
Yet with the accountability and consistent support offered through mentorship we can redefine and transform the aspects of relationship where we not longer feel alive and inspired. Mistakes or perceived ‘failures’ prove we are showing up and are an opportunity for growth. My mission is to show up for you so that you can once again recognise the most vital, courageous, emotionally intelligent and EMPOWERED version of yourself, and thus relate to all of life from this place.
To listen is to lean in softly with a willingness to be changed by what we hear.

EXPERIENCE
After completing a BA in Logic, Philosophy and Scientific Method at London School of Economics, my passion and enquiry into positive psychology led me to study Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Business Strategy, Mindfulness and Yoga Therapy for Addiction and Stress Management (from diverse forms of self-sabotage, through consumption abuse, to anxiety and fear). I focussed on cultivating and teaching tools for growth and success beyond addictive habits and have now re-framed an understanding of patterns as a path to recovery.
I facilitate 200hr Holistic Yoga Teacher Trainings and have been offering both empowerment and mentorship practices for the last fiveyears. I opened a richly diverse and vibrant community studio overlooking the canal in East London; it was a journey of commitment and co-creation with community, teachers and transformational leaders.
I began to apply of all my previous studies and experience in supporting others to ‘GET UNSTUCK’ - encouraging each individual to IMPLEMENT both practices and a fresh self-awareness which facilitate them in boldly achieving goals to become all they hope to be whilst recognising and succeeding in all they hope to do
